Head Chef
Are you a culinary artist with a passion for meat and world cuisines? We are looking for a chef de cuisine who values innovation and quality. Your creations will be the centerpiece of our menu, providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for developing the entire menu based on our core values and unique selling points.
  • Profile
    • You preferably have several years of experience as a chef or sous-chef in a high-end fine-dining environment.
    • You enjoy working with high-quality products and have sufficient product knowledge.
    • You are enthusiastic, flexible, motivated, and proactive in your work.
    • Food cost control, placing orders, and leading a kitchen team are among your skills.
    • You are eager to contribute to the development of the "Meat The World" concept, which focuses on refined, global meat-based creations.
    • You have extensive knowledge of classic meat preparations from various culinary traditions (French, Italian, Japanese, South American, etc.).

Bartender
Are you skilled in crafting exquisite cocktails and ready to delight our guests with your creations? At PARISIANA, we don't just make drinks; we create experiences. Your role as a bartender is pivotal to our unique bar experience, where guests can indulge in delicious cocktails and finger food inspired by our worldly menu.
  • Profile
    • At least 2 years of work experience as a bartender, preferably in high-end bars, restaurants, or hotels.
    • Extensive experience in creating and presenting both classic and innovative cocktails.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other cocktail ingredients.
    • Creativity in developing new cocktails and adapting existing recipes to customer preferences.
    • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to advise customers on drinks and remember their preferences.
    • Good communication skills, both in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).
    • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Team player with a proactive attitude and high energy level.
    • Knowledge of food pairings and the ability to combine cocktails with dishes.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise and serve guests at a high level.
    • Strong team player who can effectively collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and other team members.
